Returns and Damaged Goods

We take our 30 day returns policy, very seriously here at Just Beauty and so we wish to make the returns experience as smooth as possible too.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. Let us know what you are returning and to help us improve please let us know why you are returning it too. We will then email you a returns label which you can print off.
Once complete, repackage your item in the original box, attach the label securely and drop the box in at your local post office.
We offer the Dermalogica 100% Money Back Guarantee. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, we will refund your product. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within the 30 days for a full refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we’ll refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
We offer a full refund if you wish to return a product purchased from our site. The returned used/unused product should be with packaging in it’s original state.
